- IMPORTANT: All blinds sizes are based on the blind TOP Header width and Have [W 1/8 inch] Deduction for perfect fitting. Please select the Exact window opening size for INSIDE MOUNTING. Between the header and fabric, there will be a tiny gap on each side, total around 1.5 inches to allow for the top mechanism. Inside Mount
- For Single Window
- Measure the Exact width and height of your window frame INSIDE. All Blinds have [W 1/8 inch] Deduction in width. Please DO NOT take any deduction, order your exact size. Ex) Measured size is W 30 X H 57 inch =gt; Order size is also W 30 X H 57 inch
- For 2 or more blinds for a wide window
- Measure from the starting point in the first window frame inside to the next installation point and measure exactly to the right end of the window frame inside and measure the exact height of your window frame inside. When installing more than 3 blinds on one wide window, measure the left, middle, and right windows in order as in the previous method.
Outside Mount
- For Single Window
- Measure the height and width of the OUTER EDGE of the window FRAME and add 4 inches each to the measured Width and Height for maximum light coverage. Ex) Measured size is W 30 X H 57 inch =gt; Order size is W 34 X H 61 inch
- For 2 or more blinds for a wide window
- Measure from the starting point of the outer edge of the first window frame to the next installation point.
- In the same way, measure the each window width to the outer end of the window frame in order.
- Fix the size by adding an extra 2 inches for only to the first left and last right window measurements.
- Measure the Exact height of your window outer of frame and add 4 inches for height.
4. How long does it take for the production and delivery for item?
It takes about 3 business days to produce the product, and it takes 2-10 business days for international delivery to your address.
5. Can I change order details after placing an order?
No, it is not possible. If you want to change your order details, you must cancel the existing order and place a New order.
6. What’s the difference between Foiresoft ‘Basic’ and ‘Woodlook’ products?
Basic products are the most popular and affordable products. It can be used on all common windows, but it is not a perfect blackout product. If you need a room darkening solution, ‘Blackout’ product line is the best choice. The fabric used in ‘Woodlook’ product, as its name implies, features the look of the natural wood surface. The fabric is slightly thicker than that of the ‘Basic’ blind, which means more durable and effective in light control. For more detailed products specifications, please refer to the Comparison Products Chart at the bottom of this page.
7. Do you have cordless or motorized blinds?
We don't have cordless or motorized blinds yet, and we're currently preparing them. We will meet you with our new products as soon as possible.
8. Can I have one Headrail with multi blinds?
No. we cannot produce multiple blinds in one header. However, if you order separate blinds for the long size with side by side installation, we can match the fabric line of each blind to make it look like a single blind.
9. I want to put the blinds side by side, is there anything I should pay attention to when ordering?
Side by side customization option is only available for blinds of the same height and blinds should be ordered altogether. Please ensure that blinds being installed side by side are in the same order number. If a blind is ordered or manufactured separately from one another, this customization option is not available.
10. How do I clean the blind?
Use a hair dryer on cold mode or soft brush to remove dust and use neutral detergent for stain spot cleaning. Do not use chemical detergents(cleaners) or dry the fabric in direct sunlight.
